Which prerequisite courses should I have taken before enrolling in an MCAT program?

While our MCAT Elite 515 program will review content very thoroughly, students are expected to have seen some of the material in their previous university classes.

In order to be successful on the MCAT, it is recommended that students have taken the following courses in university:

  • Physics (1 intro level course)

  • Inorganic Chemistry (2 intro level chemistry courses)

  • Organic Chemistry (1 intro level course)

  • Biochemistry (1 intro level course)

  • Human and Cell Biology (1-2 intro level courses)

  • Human Physiology (1-2 intro level courses)

  • Psychology and Sociology (1 intro level course)

If you need to brush up on this content we recommend checking out our Pre-Med Plus subscription, which includes on-demand content that you can review before starting your program.
