To update your password you can follow these steps:
Log in to your account and go to My Account.
Scroll down the page to the Login Information section.
Enter your current password in the current password field.
Enter your new password in the new password field.
Click the Save button to confirm your changes.
Forgot your password?
Visit the Wizeprep Homepage and click Login at the top right of this page.
You will see a sign-in page. Select the "Forgot your password?" link under the login details.
Enter the email address your account is linked to and click the "Send Reset Link" button.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Didn't get the password reset email?
Sometimes it takes a while for the email to arrive, so please wait 30 minutes before trying again.
Check your junk folders if you don't see the email right away.
Double-check that you have submitted the password reset request to the correct email address that you used to create your Wizeprep account.
