How do I cancel my Wizeprep Plus subscription?
You can cancel or pause your Wizeprep Plus subscription at any time. If you're taking a break from studying, pausing will lock in your subscription price, stops your payment for one month, and maintains your account. Here is how you can pause your subscription.
To cancel your subscription, log in to your Wizeprep account and follow these steps:
Go to My Account.
Scroll down to the "Wizeprep Plus" subscription section.
Click on the "Cancel subscription" text in red
Complete the cancelation survey and tell us your reason for canceling then click the "Continue to Cancel" button.
Once you complete these steps and see the confirmation screen, your subscription will be canceled. You won't be charged again, and you will have access to your Wizeprep Plus subscription until the end of the billing period.
Refund requests
Sorry, there are no refunds for the Wizeprep Plus subscription. Please be sure to submit the cancelation of your Wizeprep Plus subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
